BARKU disc golf shoes are stacked with innovation, created for enthusiasts, by
enthusiasts and with a beating heart for disc golf. BARKU disc golf shoes will
enable the best possible way for you to enjoy the game. You should safely be
able to perform controlled and precise, you should feel good and you should
look good, without limitations. BARKU is presenting two different shoes, D1 &
D2, which got the same performing characteristicts, except the D2 beeing water
proof.

Grip
BARKU disc golf shoes have a special sole which will make you feel comfortable
in all phases of the game. It will grip to the surface at the same time as it releas-
es while the forefoot is rotating through the throw. The challenge have been to
achieve this characteristic on all surfaces in both wet and dry conditions. The sole
pattern is unique and specifically developed with this in mind.
» The side walls of the sole are chamfered to support the natural motions
during a throw.
» The pattern will give momentary grip, but at the same time not obstruct
the rotation. The hexagonal cleats and the eight-shaped pattern gives this
effect.
» The shoe has a low drop profile with medium cushioning to transform the
forces at a maximum against the surface.
» The shoe should fit like a glove.

Stability
BARKU disc golf shoes should be stable and at the same time feel swift on the
foot.
» A unique and specially developed constructed midsole in the heel.
» Reinforced lacing of the shoe around the arch.
» Low centre of gravity.
» Sideways reinforced heel counter.

Durability
BARKU disc golf shoes shall withstand rough use.
» Especially reinforced on the toes for forehand throwing.
» The upper is made in Super Fabric © - a ceramic reinforced material devel-
oped for the American military.
» The shoes can be wet without losing its functions.
» The shoes dries fast and no extensive materials are beeing used.
» The sole is a good compromise between grip, release and durability.

Weight
BARKU disc golf shoes are light - the D1 is 255g (!) in UK8. You shall not feel
that you have a shoe on your feet. The shoe shall give you the “go feeling” and
that requires low weight. Long days with many plays saves you energy to put on
your game instead.

Fit
BARKU disc golf shoes has a normal wide fit with a spacious toe box enabling
natural movement of the toes. This gives good comfort all day, both throwing
and moving. The construction of the shoes secures a good fit during long days
outdoors.

Looks
BARKU disc golf shoes are designed with a sneakers look and it can be used for
other occasions than just only the course. It will still look fantastic after a session
in rough conditions.
